Hen Ysgubor  is a beautiful newly developed barn conversion upgraded in 2020.

This is quality at its best. This converted hay-barn is all on one level with no stairs or steps and has a contemporary modern quality feel. Equipped with electric radiators it remains cosy even in the winter months. The patio and lawn outside is a real sun trap, perfect for spending those lazy summer days and evenings while cooking on the barbecue.

Layout: It has 3 bedrooms, two double, one twin room (all with comfortable mattresses) and electric wall heaters.

›Large shower in Bathroom (small step in) with disabled shower seat and hand rail and a heated towel rail. Large Lounge, Dining Area seating 6, sofa with recliners, Smart TV with Netflix  etc.,  and WiFi.

Kitchen: is fully fitted with Electric hob and cooker, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher and Microwave. All easy clean laminate floors. Pets welcome.

Location: The self catering holiday cottage occupies a good central touring position close to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary coastal trail and cycle path (as seen on TV). This runs alongside all the way to the fantastic sandy beach which is great for families where you can also catch the summer water taxi to Barmouth.

Down the farm drive from this cottage is the onsite Equestrian Centre which is open Easter -October,  Pony treks,  and DIY Horse holidays. This area is an ideal location for outdoor and family activities such as walking, Mawddach trail cycling on our door step, swimming and fishing.  Also visit Bounce Below (largest underground trampoline in Europe) , Zip World, Coed y Brennig Cycle tracks and Blue Lake. Nearby towns include Barmouth, Aberdovey, Dolgellau and Tywyn which are perfect locations for a family holiday with excellent restaurants in this area.
