Set within our 250-acre working farm, this lovely single-storey cottage combines modern comforts with a peaceful rural setting, making it ideal for families, friends and guests looking for a relaxing countryside or activity-filled holiday.

With no internal stairs or steps, disabled-friendly features, comfortable accommodation and a sunny outdoor patio and lawn, Hen Ysgubor is a wonderful base for exploring the spectacular Mawddach Estuary, sandy beaches and beautiful landscapes of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. 🌿

Hen Ysgubor has been thoughtfully designed on one level, with a contemporary finish and comfortable furnishings throughout.

Electric radiators help keep the cottage cosy during the cooler months, making it a welcoming retreat whatever the season.

The spacious lounge offers plenty of room to relax after a day exploring North Wales. Put your feet up on the comfortable reclining sofa, enjoy a film on the Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming options, or make use of the Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.

The dining area comfortably seats six guests, providing the perfect place to enjoy family meals, catch up with friends or plan your next adventure.

• Electric wall heaters to help keep the bedrooms warm and comfortable.

All bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, with no stairs to climb.

Hen Ysgubor is a single-storey cottage with no internal stairs or steps, making it a convenient option for guests who may have mobility difficulties.

The bathroom has been fitted with helpful features to provide additional support and comfort, including:

• A large shower with a small step into the shower area.
• A shower seat.
• A grab rail.
• A heated towel rail.

While the cottage offers several disabled-friendly features, it is not fully adapted for all disabilities. Please contact us before booking to discuss your individual needs and check that the accommodation is suitable for you.
