Ty Hir is a spacious, comfortable, detached barn conversion which has a sunny, warm aspect. The cottage sleeps 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with a wood burner, dining room table seating 8 and full central heating throughout which is particularily cosy in the winter and at Christmas. Private outdoor space with a large patio, garden furniture, Wood Fired Hot Tub and a BBQ. Large car parking spaces available.

Downstairs- Kingsize Bedroom with oak furniture and twin bedroom. Spacious Lounge with furniture to seat 8 and a wood burning stove. Colour Smart T V with Netflix  free Wifi available.  Five steps up to Large Kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen: Newly updated in 2018.  Large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave.

Bathroom: Large Bathroom with full size bath with shower & screen, W C and fitted hand basin in vanity unit.

Secure large outdoor courtyard with garden furniture, Wood fired Hot Tub, BBQ. Parking for 3+ cars and a lock up shed for bikes. Wood Can be purchased from Farmhouse.

Location: The self catering holiday cottage occupies a good central touring position close to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary coastal trail and cycle path (as seen on TV). This runs alongside all the way to the fantastic sandy beach of Fairbourne which is great for families where you can also catch the summer water taxi to Barmouth.

Directly opposite this cottage is the onsite Equestrian Centre which is open all year round for treks, horse riding lessons and DIY horse holidays. This area is an ideal location for outdoor and family activites such as walking, cycling, swimming and fishing.  Also visit Bounce Below (largest underground trampoline in Europe) , Zip World Surf Snowdonia and Blue Lake. Nearby towns include Barmouth, Aberdovey, Dolgellau, Tywyn, Porthmadog and the famous Portmeirion village which are perfcet locations for a family holiday with excellent restaurants in this area.
