Ysugbor Uchaf is situated just above Hen Ysgubor, the two self catering properties together can sleep up to 12 guests, although each self catering holiday cottage have their own separate entrances.

Layout: The stylish first floor apartment is accessed by 4 wrought iron steps leading to a main front door. 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room. Open plan lounge and dining room with furniture to seat 6.    Quadrant shower bathroom with heated towel rail. Laminated floors in the lounge area and kitchen, bathroom, hallway and bedrooms carpeted with under floor heating,  and electric radiators in the bedrooms.

Kitchen:  Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with full electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer.

Small outdoor patio area,  table and chairs seating 6 and BBQ. Large parking space fenced and gated. Pets welcome.

Location: The self catering holiday cottage occupies a good central touring position close to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary coastal trail and cycle path (as seen on TV). This runs alongside all the way to the fantastic sandy beach which is great for families where you can also catch the summer water taxi to Barmouth.

Down the farm drive from this cottage is the onsite Equestrian Centre which is open most of the  year round for Pony treks, DIY Horse holidays. This area is an ideal location for outdoor and family activites such as walking, cycling the Mawdach trail on our door step, swimming and fishing.  Also visit Bounce Below (largest underground trampoline in Europe) , Zip World and Coed Y Brennig Cycle paths Blue Lake. Nearby towns include Barmouth, Aberdovey, Dolgellau and Tywyn,Portmadog is an hour drive with the famous Portmeirion miniture Italianate Village, all our cottages are in perfect locations for a family holiday with excellent restaurants in this area.

Cader Idris mountain range is 20mins along the road and Snowdon is approx 1.5 hour drive.
